About
Civil and electrical contractors, built on promises kept.
Mian Engineers & Contractors is a civil and electrical engineering contractor registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council. We work for defence and government clients, and most of our work is repeat business.

The founder
Mian Wali Ullah
Founder and Chief Executive
An electrical engineer by training, he has led every contract the firm has taken since 2002.
How it began
Mian Wali Ullah qualified in electrical engineering and first ran a transformer manufacturing business. When transformer failures on local WAPDA lines became frequent, WAPDA asked his workshop to build and install replacements. The work was done to specification and billed to the rupee, further contracts followed, and Mian Engineers & Contractors grew from that reputation.
The firm was formed in Rahim Yar Khan in 2002–2003 as a civil and electrical contractor, and was formally registered in 2003. It has worked for government and defence clients ever since, pausing only through the COVID-19 pandemic.
