Prequalification documents

For procurement and works officers preparing a tender or prequalification. Tell us who you are and which documents you need. We verify each request by calling your office before anything is sent.

What the pack can contain

  • PEC licence 3822 (2026–27), certified copy
  • MES enlistment, Category 'A'
  • DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi registration
  • NTN and Active Taxpayer status
  • Experience list and contract references
  • Work orders and completion letters, where held
  • Plant and machinery list
  • Company profile, Tender edition

Fields marked Required must be filled in. Ten fields in all.

The officer

For example, Garrison Engineer, Procurement Officer.

We call this office to verify the request.

Use your office address if you have one. Personal addresses are accepted, but verification takes longer.

+92, 0092 or 03xx formats are fine.

The request

We prioritise by deadline. A date in the past is not accepted.

    If approved, the pack is sent within 3 working days, by email or uploaded to your portal.
